President Obama gave his first state of the union address for his second term in office. Some of the major issuse he stated was about the fix it first program and the future of education for elementary students. The fix it program is a program to help people without jobs get jobs; for example jobs like building bridges , fixing the streets sidewalks and other things to help. As for the future education for elementary students, Obama was asking for the cooperation of every state to help all the kids that can't pay for pre-school to increase their chances of a better life.
My thoughts and feelings about Obama's speech is that I support everything he was stating because he's trying to make change. A quote I heard in a movie one time was " we can't change the world if we don't change our selves". I rate his speech a 10 out of 10 because it was a great speech and I agreeed with everything he stated.
